Dear Kirk,
1 Peter 1:21, "Who by him (Jesus Christ) do
believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and
gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in
God." God has given us hope through the Lord Jesus
Christ. Even though tough times are upon us, as
Christians, we know that our "faith and HOPE" is in our
God and Savior Jesus
Christ.

The Ministry

We have
been able to become part of a church in the Madrid
area. Jack and Joy Loveday have been faithful
missionaries for 26 years here in Spain. They have
allowed us to work with them and learn from them in
their church as I go through the process of learning the
language. We have been able to "jump right in" as
Deanna is playing the piano for the choir and services
and I am building a webpage for the church as another
avenue to reach people in the area. Brother
Loveday is also allowing me to give a short Bible study
during the midweek service as I progress in the
language. In our short time of being a part of
this church, we have already been able to experience and
learn things that will be a great help to us in our
future ministry.

Aside
from being active in the church, I have been able to
talk with my classmates about the Lord during my
language classes. Many times, certain issues and
topics will arise during class, which give me the
opportunity to express a Biblical view as opposed to a
worldview. My teachers and classmates know that I
am here to start a Bible believing church so many times
they ask my opinion when these topics come up.
Please pray for one of my classmates named Andre.
He is from Brazil. He was very interested in what we are
doing here in Spain. He said that he grew up a
Catholic but did not like their teaching. He asked
what the difference was between Catholicism and what we
believe. I told him that there were many
differences but the main difference was in the doctrine
of Salvation. I explained to him that Catholicism
believes that salvation is obtained through good works;
however, we believe the Bible teaches that salvation is
obtained through faith and trust in Jesus Christ and
what he did on the cross. He told me, "You know, I
like what you are saying. I have never understood
how "our" good works could pay for our sins. It
just doesn't make sense." He is right. Only
the work of our God and Savior Jesus Christ can pay for
our sins. Please continue to pray for Andre and
that I will have more opportunities to talk with him
about the Lord and the Bible.

Helping
Friends

 A couple of weeks
ago, we had the privilege of being able to go to Granada
and visit our good friends, Matthew and Pilar
Stark. The Starks will be starting a church in the
city of Granada. They are going to hold their
first "official" service on December 7th. Their
plan is to go to each door and personally deliver the
invitations for the first service to the people.
We were able to go to Granada and help in this
endeavor. During our short stay there, we were
able to pass out almost 800 invitations. It was a
joy to spend time with them and to be able to help them,
as they get ready to start their church. Please
pray that God will bless them as they begin their work
in Granada.

NEW CD

As many of
you now, my wife and her brother and sister have grown
up singing in churches. God has blessed them with
tremendous voices that they have been able to use for
His honor and glory. The new CD has been released
and we have already received tremendous positive
response from the Spanish Community. You can go to
www.alltheglory.org to hear samples and
purchase a copy.

My wife and I would like to take a moment to give a
special thanks to all of our supporting churches,
family, and friends. We fully understand the dire
situation in the States. So we want to say a
special thank you to all of our supporters who have
faithfully given, even during these abnormal
times. We thank the Lord everyday that He provides
for our needs so that His work can continue. Thank
you from the bottom of our hearts.
God
Bless!
